Großen Anklang erlebte der österreichweite Frauenpilgertag der kfb. Allein in OÖ haben 1.700 Frauen auf 25 verschiedenen Routen teilgenommen.
89 Frauen haben sich bei der Kapellenrunde ab Schwanenstadt beteiligt, davon 9 aus Roitham. Mit dem Pilgersegen durch Margit Schmidinger und Gabi Kronlachner bewegte sich die bunte Schar durch Siedlungen, entlang der Ager und dem Mühlbach (Johannisthal) und durch die weiten Felder - mit herrlichem Blick zum Gebirge - in Richtung Pfarrkirche Desselbrunn, wo wir von Greti Gschwandtner herzlich empfangen wurden. In der Mittagspause durften wir uns im Feuerwehrhaus Windern niedersitzen und unsere mitgebrachte Jause genießen.
Ideales Wanderwetter, wunderbare Ausblicke auf unbekannten Wegen in der engeren Heimat und besonders interessante Einblicke durch verschiedenen Frauen, die sich mit der Lourdeskapelle in Desselbrunn, der Schlosskapelle Windern und der Schlosskapelle Mitterberg verbunden fühlen.
Unterwegs gab es immer wieder spirituelle Impulse zum Innehalten. Schritt für Schritt die Worte und gemeinsam gesungenen Lieder nachklingen lassen. Zeit, zu leben und Zeit, zu bewegen - für Körper und Seele – in vielen Gesprächen und in Stille.
