Viele kennen wahrscheinlich die Sendung "OÖ einst und jetzt" als Teil von OÖ heute, wo Otmar Schrott immer wieder Schätze aus dem Archiv präsentiert; auch wir vom PGR haben einen Blick in unser Archiv geworfen:
Im Pfarrbrief vom September 2008 schreibt Franz Starlinger im Leitartikel zum Erntedankfest unter anderem von den stark gestiegenen Spritpreisen. Schon fast ein witziger Zufall, dass 15 Jahre später sein Leitartikel beinahe eins zu eins wieder abgedruckt werden könnte.
Aber viel wichtiger: er schreibt auch, dass wir Menschen uns füreinander Zeit nehmen sollen. Und dafür, dass sich unserer Pfarrer Franz Starlinger für uns in Roitham Zeit nimmt, haben wir DANKE gesagt. Danke für 15 Jahre als unser Pfarrer, in denen wir gemeinsam viel für unsere Pfarre geschaffen haben: die Kirche ist gut instand gehalten und von weitem sichtbar, das JakobiZentrum neu errichtet worden, einige Jahre gab es ein Seelsorgeteam und auch wenn es das momentan nicht gibt, wirken diese Strukturen dennoch positiv nach, sodass man sagen kann, dass wir als "belebte Pfarre" (Pfarrbrief-Motto NEU) sehr gut "gemeinsam unterwegs" (Pfarrbrief-Motto ALT) sind.
Wenn wir im Pfarrbrief vom September 2008 ein bisschen weiterblättern, erfahren wir dann aber noch mehr Interessantes: Hermann Hadraba hat seine Tätigkeit als Pfarrsekretär in die Hände von Sandra Schaumberger als neue Pfarrsekretärin übergeben. Beim ausgeschriebenen Anforderungsprofil - freundlich, kooperativ, verlässlich und ein Gespür für Menschen – so die Stellenbeschreibung - ist Sandra bestens für diese Aufgabe geeignet.
Ein paar Monate später, im November schreibt dann Sandra, dass sie hofft ein kleiner Beitrag zum guten Pfarrleben leisten zu können; wir möchte sagen, das ist ihr in den vergangenen Jahren prima gelungen und ihr Beitrag ist gar nicht so klein, sondern ein sehr wesentlicher und wichtiger. Auch dafür haben wir DANKE gesagt und ihr weiterhin viel Freude an ihrer Arbeit als Pfarrsekretärin gewünscht.
